Follow the exploits of Ulysses and immerse yourself in the myth, paddling in the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea, with Capri in the background, swimming in the blue of our sea surrounded by the splendid colors of the unknown caves.

Discover the wonderful Sorrento peninsula by kayaking around the Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area up to Punta San Lorenzo, discovering the unique history of these places.

A unique experience that will allow you to explore exclusive coves, unknown caves and historic buildings. You will experience the local traditions and the magic of historical places that the myth has helped to make fascinating and mysterious, getting in perfect harmony with the sea and nature. You will fall in love with it!

During the paddling we will be told the history of the place, since Ulysses escaped the bewitching assault of the Sirens. We will listen to the popular legends of the coves and caves, we will discover marine and terrestrial flora and fauna.

We will visit the Cascatella Bay having a “fresh shower”, we will see the villa of General Murat, the limestone caves and the suggestive coves arriving at Punta San Lorenzo, a place inhabited by the Romans and reused by smugglers.

Between there and back, we will spend 2 and a half hours together and at the end of the experience we will say goodbye, hoping to be able to repeat it many times!

  • This activity is of an easy level. You can participate from 8 years upwards. Children under 12 can travel in a double kayak accompanied by an adult. No previous kayaking experience is required.
  • The tour is not accessible to people over 195cm tall and weighing more than 100kg.
  • The activity is not recommended for those who cannot swim or suffer from seasickness, and it is prohibited for those suffering from heart disease or problems with the back, arms and lower limbs.
